Fuel Her started with a feeling I think a lot of women know too well: taking care of everyone else and slowly forgetting to take care of yourself.
I’m a wife, a mom, and a nurse. My days are often filled with long shifts, busy mornings, responsibilities, kids, work, and that never-ending mental checklist running in the background.
Like so many women, I became really good at showing up for everyone else.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t always showing up for me.
My mornings usually started with coffee anyway, so I kept thinking: What if that simple cup could become something more?
What if my everyday coffee could also be a small wellness ritual—something created specifically for women like me?
That idea became Fuel Her Wellness.
I wanted to create something convenient, comforting, and easy to fit into real life. Not another complicated routine. Not another thing to add to an already full schedule.
Just one simple moment in the day that says:
You matter too.
